Description
Sun Devil Fire and Security  is a leader in the fire protection/equipment market in Arizona. We have been in business since 1986 and are locally owned and operated. We sell, install, and service fire alarm systems, fire sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, emergency and exit lights, restaurant fire suppression systems and backflow prevention devices. We have three locations throughout Arizona providing service to the entire state. Our main office is located in Phoenix. We are currently looking for a Customer Information Center Admin Assistant in our Phoenix Office.   This position requires a candidate who is a dependable team player with enthusiasm, a positive attitude and understands the importance of professionalism. This candidate is expected to provide administrative support, can answer a multi-line phone system, screen and direct incoming calls, and data entry.  This position also provides administrative support to other members of the team and must be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects.  Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1.  Answer questions or complaints and resolve or direct to appropriate team.2.  Extensive Data entry of invoices.  3.  Prepare work orders from phone calls, bids, and customer work form.< 4.  Provide support for technicians, lobby walk-ins, special projects, and mail sorting. 5.  Other duties as deemed necessary. 6.  Manage High volume incoming service calls.
 
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
Attention to Detail  Strong Communication Skills  Takes Initiative  Professional  Enjoys Teamwork
 
                High school diploma or equivalent required
                3 + years of Customer  Service experience with multi-line phone systems
                1 + years of administrative assistance experience.
               Ability to maintain confidentiality demonstrate good judgment and 
                discretion.
                Expert in Excel.
                Proficient in Microsoft Office Software - Word and Outlook also Database naviagation proficiecy.
                Strong willingness to lend a hand with any administrative tasks and a true team player!
                Excellent verbal communication skills & conflict resolution skills.
               Previous Service Environment highly desirable..

Successful completion of a background check and drug test are requirements of employment.
